Barcelona sporting director Deco is reportedly prepared to offer Mikayil Faye to RB Leipzig to finalise a deal to sign their attacking midfielder Dani Olmo this summer.

According to Catalan outlet El Nacional, Barcelona also offered a fixed €40 million plus €20 million in bonuses to Leipzig for Olmo’s signature.

However, the Bundesliga club rejected the Blaugrana’s first offer, as they are hoping to receive the fixed fee upfront this summer transfer window.

Olmo was impressive for Spain, helping his country win Euro 2024 in Germany.

The 26-year-old scored three goals and provided two assists at Euro 2024.
