Trump senior adviser Stephen Miller — the architect of Donald Trump’s first-term anti-immigration policies — was mocked on Tuesday for his fawning praise of the former president and current GOP nominee.

Miller on X, formerly Twitter, reviewed Trump’s sit-down with Bloomberg News’ John Micklethwait before the Economic Club of Chicago as “the greatest live interview any political leader or politician has done on the economy in our lifetimes.”

For added emphasis, Milled concluded: “Period.”

Critics thought the post gave off “dear leader” vibes, given Trump’s often rambling answers to questions and bristling at criticism.

Others asked Miller — who the Southern Poverty Law Center has said pursues an “extremist agenda” — if he’d actually watched the interview.

Bloomberg later fact-checked and added context to several of Trump’s claims.

Miller has previously hailed Trump as a “style icon” and “the most gifted politician of our time.”
