Arsenal boss, Mikel Arteta, has insisted that summer signing Jurrien Timber is not ready to be part of his squad.
Arteta provided an update on the fitness of Timber while addressing reporters ahead of Arsenal’s upcoming Premier League clash against Sheffield United.
Timber has been out with a knee injury since the opening game of the league campaign in August, when he damaged his ACL.
“Jurrien Timber is still not ready to be part of the squad, but the staff are really happy with his attitude and commitment,” Arteta said.
“Jurrien is in a really good place, now we have to manage him.”
