Former Real Madrid star Eden Hazard has told former Chelsea midfielder John Obi Mikel that his best game in his career was the Champions League final against Bayern Munich in 2012.
Hazard said he watched the Champions League final between Chelsea and Bayern in his hotel room.
DAILY POST recalls that Obi Mikel was one of the top performers as Chelsea defeated Bayern via penalty shootout following a 1-1 draw.
“When I wanted to change clubs, Chelsea was not one of my options until the day they won the Champions League,” Hazard said on the ObiOne Podcast.
“I watched the game from my hotel room; the Champions League final is the only game you(Obi Mikel) played good in your career.”
Hazard played alongside Obi Mikel at Chelsea before the Nigerian left Stamford Bridge for Chinese club Tianjin TEDA in 2017.
