Lazio manager, Marco Baroni has tasked Fisayo Dele-Bashiru to work on the mental side of his game.
The midfielder is still struggling to adapt to life in Italy after arriving Lazio from Turkish club, Hatayaspor in the summer.
The Nigeria international has scored once across all competitions for the Rome club this season.
Baroni believes Dele-Bashiru has what it takes to excel at the club.
The manager however said it is important for the player to have greater mental continuity.
“Dele is a strong player who will surely explode, he must have greater mental continuity. He comes from a different kind of football, it’s not easy to get into the speed of thought of Serie A,” Baroni told a press conference.
“He has the speed and physicality, he must grow mentally, as does Tchaouna. They are guys who need to be given time, we don’t have time and I don’t like to talk about time.”
