The Ligue 1 has celebrated Moses Simon for reaching an important milestone with his club, FC Nantes, DAILY POST reports.
DAILY POST recalls that Simon made his 150th Ligue 1 appearance for Nantes in the 1-0 win against Angers last weekend.
The Nigeria international marked the special occasion with an assist.
The Ligue 1 wrote on their X account: “Indispensable Moses Simon.”
The pacy winger has so far registered 27 goals and 29 assists for the Canaries.
Simon is fifth among Nigerian players with the most Ligue 1 appearances, trailing only John Utaka (239 games), Wilson Oruma (196), Taye Taiwo (191), and Victor Ikpeba (170).
