Falconets forward Chiamaka Okwuchukwu has expressed her admiration for Portuguese superstar Cristiano Ronaldo.

Okwuchukwu, who has been one of the standout performers for Nigeria at the ongoing 2024 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup, said she would like to have a “good handshake” with former Manchester United forward.

The 16-year-old also hopes she will get the chance to play for Manchester United in future.

“For me, I admire Cristiano Ronaldo so much, so of course it’s a dream to play for Manchester United. It’s one of my biggest dreams to meet [Ronaldo] one day….even just to have a good handshake,” the striker told FIFA.com.

Okwuchukwu has scored two goals and registered one assist in three appearances for Nigeria in Colombia 2024.

The Falconets will be in action against Japan on Friday morning.
