Arsenal winger Bukayo Saka on Saturday equalled a record held by club’s legend Thierry Henry by recording an assist in their Premier League 1-1 draw against Brighton.

Mikel Arteta’s side saw their hundred per cent start to the Premier League season brought to an end as they failed to beat Brighton at Emirates Stadium.

Saka became the first Arsenal player to assist in three successive league games to start the season since Henry.

The England international had assisted Kai Havertz in their first Premier League game this season against Wolves.

He also assisted Thomas Partey last weekend against Aston Villa.

However, by recording an assist against Brighton this weekend, Saka emulated Henry’s record, which he set in the 2004-05 season, according to EuroFoot.
