Liverpool legend, Jamie Carragher, has hinted that fans will see Victor Osimhen play in the Premier League this season.

Osimhen is almost certain to leave Napoli this summer after the Serie A club sealed a permanent deal for Romelu Lukaku.

The Nigerian striker has two offers on the table from Chelsea and Al Ahli.

And Carragher has told Sky Sports, that Osimhen has too much quality to continue his career in Saudi Arabia.

He said: “Victor Osimhen has been a player linked to a lot of Premier League clubs and I’m just delighted it looks like he’s coming to the Premier League, as it looked like the other option was Saudi and he’s too high quality of a player to do that at his age.

“Hopefully we can get to see him in the Premier League.”
