Chelsea striker, Nicolas Jackson, has hit back at former Super Eagles captain, John Mikel Obi, telling him to shut his mouth.

Jackson took to his Instagram account to show his displeasure over Mikel Obi’s harsh criticism of strikers at the club.

On Sunday, the Senegal international opened the scoring within 98 seconds, as the Blues thrashed Wolves on Sunday.

Jackson then played the ball for Cole Palmer to make it 2-1 in the first half.

This comes a week after Mikel Obi criticised the 23-year-old following his display in the 2-0 defeat to Manchester City, saying that he is not of the quality Chelsea needs.

After the game at Wolves, Jackson took the opportunity to hit back at Mikel Obi on social media.

He tagged Mikel in an Instagram Story and wrote: “Shut your mouth, don’t talk sh*t, we are killing ourselves for Africa.”
