Odion Ighalo was honoured by his former club, Granada during their pre-season friendly with Saudi side, Al-Wehda.
The game ended 1-1 in regulation time, with Granada winning 5-4 on penalty.
Ighalo, who is currently on the books of Al-Wehda spent the 2009/10 season on loan at Granada from Serie A club, Udinese.
The forward returned for another spell in 2011, spending three seasons with the Nazaries.
The 35-year-old scored 32 goals in 121 appearances across the two spells.
Ighalo also took to the social media to celebrate his return to the club.
“Today is one of the happiest days of my life. 10 years later I return to my house, the one that gave me everything. I am very happy to be here! Thank you for supporting this club in all situations,” he wrote on X.
“And I hope one day my Granada can belong to the Granadans!! A big hug to all my fans! Without a doubt the best in the world.”
