Liverpool boss, Arne Slot has told young midfielder, Stefan Bajcetic he is free to leave the club.

The Reds will allow the midfielder leave Anfield on a temporary basis this summer.

Liverpool are getting ready for the upcoming season under Dutch manager, Slot.

The Reds have been strengthening their squad in order to battle Manchester City for the title this season.

Slot led the Reds to wins over Real Betis and rivals Arsenal and Manchester United in the preseason tour of the United States of America.

Slot is now prepared to whittle his squad with DaveOCKOP (via The Anfield Talk) reporting that the club have informed Spanish teenager, Bajcetic that he can leave

Bajcetic enjoyed a breakout season in 2022-23 under Jürgen Klopp, having joined Liverpool from Celta Vigo in January 2021.

The teenager became a regular in the first team, making 19 senior appearances across competitions.

However, the Spaniard suffered an injury towards the end of the season which marked the beginning of 18 months of fitness troubles.
