Nigeria Premier Football League side, Remo Stars have started preparation for the CAF Champions League preliminary round clash against Moroccan side AS FAR.

The Sky Blue Stars will host the Moroccan side in the first leg at the Remo Stars Stadium in Ikenne.

The encounter is billed for Sunday, August 18, 2024.

The reverse fixture will be held a week later.

Daniel Ogunmodede’s side had an intensive training session at their home ground on Friday.

The winner of the two-legged encounter will square up with either Sudan’s El Merreikh or Kenya’s Goh Mahia in the second preliminary round.

AS FAR knocked out Remo Stars in the preliminary round last season.
