Real Madrid manager, Carlo Ancelotti, has decided that Vinicius Junior will be responsible for their penalty kicks this season, according to Marca.

The Brazilian will take the spot kicks ahead of new boys Kylian Mbappe and Jude Bellingham.

However, Mbappe has been assigned to free-kicks, as he seeks to make a big impression following his move to the La Liga giants.

Vinicius enjoyed an impressive 2023/2024 campaign with Real Madrid.

He scored 24 goals and provided 11 assists in 39 games across all competitions.

This has made the 24-year-old a huge favourite to win the Ballon d’Or prize this year.
