El-Kanemi Warriors have announced two new signings ahead of the new season.

The players are Agbor Ekoi Opak and Ibrahim Yahaya.

Opak, a goalkeeper, joined the Borno Army from relegated Nigeria Premier Football League side, Sporting Lagos while defender Yahaya moved from an unnamed European club.

El-Kanemi Warriors made the announcement on social media.

DAILY POST recalls that the Maiduguri club reinforced their squad with nine players on Tuesday.

The players’ acquisitions are aimed at strengthening the squad for the Nigeria Premier Football League and the CAF Confederation Cup next season.

El-Kanemi Warriors will take on Beninoise side, Dadje FC in the preliminary round of the CAF Confederation next month.
