Real Madrid winger, Vinicius Junior, has sent a best wishes message to Nacho Fernandez after the Spaniard announced his decision to leave Los Blancos.
Nacho made the announcement of his departure from Real Madrid on Tuesday after 23 years at Santiago Bernabeu.
The 34-year-old joined Real Madrid’s youth academy in 2001 when he was 10 years old and made his first-team debut in 2012.
Reacting to Nacho’s exit, Vinicius made a post on Instagram as he paid tribute to his former captain.
The Brazilian insisted that Nacho is more ‘Madridista’ than anyone he has ever seen.
“Nacheteeee, mi Capitan!!! It’s been a pleasure to play with you all these years,” Vinicius said.
“You’re more Madridista than anyone I’ve ever seen. Thanks for everything! You are an amazing person who deserves everything you have earned and so much more! I wish you all the best in your new stage! LEADER and EXAMPLE.”
