England Defender, Luke Shaw, was missing from training on Wednesday in a major blow to Gareth Southgate.
The Manchester United left-back has not played since February due to a hamstring injury.
But Southgate still included him in the final squad for Euro 2024.
Shaw is the only recognised left-back in the squad and had been tipped to return against Denmark on Thursday.
However, given the fact he is still not training with his teammates just over 24 hours out from the clash against the Danes, Shaw is pretty much certain not to play and it raises big questions about his fitness for the tournament.
Instead of joining team training on Wednesday, the 28-year-old was continuing to follow an individual programme elsewhere.
