Chelsea have completed the signing of Tosin Adarabioyo.

Adarabioyo became a free agent after his contract with Fulham expired this summer.

Although the defender was believed to be on his way to Newcastle, he is now Enzo Maresca’s first signing at Stamford Bridge.

Football transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, confirmed that the player has undergone his medical and signed a five-year contract.

Romano tweeted on Thursday night: “First signing for Enzo Maresca at Chelsea: Tosin Adarabioyo has signed his contract until June 2028 after medical completed on Wednesday.

“Here we go, confirmed.”
