Former Bayern Munich manager, Hansi Flick, has outlined his transfer demands to Barcelona, as reported by Catalan outlet El Nacional.
Flick is nearing a deal to become Barcelona’s next head coach following Xavi’s exit.
Manchester City’s Bernardo Silva has long been rumored to join Barca, but Flick prefers RB Leipzig’s Dani Olmo instead.
The 26-year-old Spanish international, who started his career at Barcelona’s La Masia academy before moving to Dinamo Zagreb, is seen as a crucial addition by Flick.
Flick also wants to secure Leipzig’s David Raum to address the left-back position.
Another target is Joshua Kimmich, who Flick sees as the ideal replacement for Sergio Busquets, who left a significant gap in the team’s midfield.
Additionally, Flick has expressed interest in Bayer Leverkusen’s Jeremie Frimpong.
With the potential departure of Joao Cancelo, Frimpong could fill the right-back position effectively.
Flick reportedly made these requests during a recent meeting with Deco and Barcelona’s leadership.
With Xavi already dismissed, Flick’s appointment as head coach seems imminent.
