Former Bayern Munich midfielder, Owen Hargreaves has noted that the performance of Declan Rice will be instrumental to the Gunners winning the Premier League title this season.
Rice joined the Gunners from West Ham United last summer and has scored seven goals, providing 10 assists across competitions.
And Hargreaves believes the England international is “world-class.”
The former Manchester United midfielder told Premier League Productions, “A world-class number six. We are seeing goals and assists. At West Ham, he was way deeper.
“We are getting to see his physical traits and how he can get box-to-box. He has been one of the signings of the season. He cost them £100 million.
“Declan is as good as a finisher as he has been this season. He has everything.”
Mikel Arteta’s Gunners are currently sitting top in the Premier League table with 83 points from 36 matches.
