Chelsea’s Cole Palmer has revealed who he voted to win Players’ Player of the Year award.

At Chelsea’s end-of-season awards gala held on Tuesday, Palmer clinched both the Men’s Player of the Year and Men’s Players’ Player of the Year titles, affirming his stellar season with the club.

Palmer has been a revelation since his move from Manchester City, making him a highly anticipated recipient of the coveted award.

Last season, Thiago Silva secured this prestigious prize. Despite initial skepticism surrounding Palmer’s £42.5 million transfer last summer, his exceptional performances have silenced doubters.

When asked about his Players’ Player of the Year vote at the awards ceremony, Palmer endorsed Malo Gusto, emphasizing their on-field chemistry and the defender’s standout contributions throughout the season.

“I voted for Malo Gusto,” Palmer responded.

“I love playing with him on the right and he’s been amazing this season when he’s played, so that’s why I voted for him.”
