Super Eagles head coach, Jose Peseiro, has named his starting up for the side’s opening game against Equatorial Guinea at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
The Super Eagles will line-up in a 4-3-3 formation against the Nzalang Nacional.
Peseiro opted for Chippa United’s in goal while assistant captain, William Troost-EKong will pair Semi Ajayi in centre-back.
Ola Aina and Zaidu Sanusi will play as right-back and left-back respectively.
Alhassan Yusuf, Frank Onyeka and Alex Iwobi will take charge of midfield duty.
Moses Simon and Ademola Lookman will play from the right and left wings respectively, while Napoli hitman will lead the attack.
