Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappe has said that his side’s UEFA Champions League quarter-final first-leg tie with Barcelona is in God’s hand.

PSG will host Barcelona in the first-leg encounter on Wednesday at the Parc des Princes.

The French Ligue 1 champions will travel to Spain for the return leg at the Camp Nou on Tuesday, April 16.

When asked by Téléfoot about the importance of the Champions League fixture, Mbappe said:

“Every year, this period is a turning point in the season. At the end of April, we will have an indication of the type of season we are likely to have.”

The France captain added, “I am sure that we will give everything to achieve the result…[against Barcelona]. it’s in God’s hands!”
