The Enugu State Government has reiterated its commitment towards ensuring Rangers achieve success in the Nigeria Premier Football League.

The state governor, Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, made the pledge in Enugu.

Mbah stated that the Flying Antelopes will receive more support as he urged the supporters to continue believing in the team.

Rangers extended their unbeaten streak in the league to five after the victory over Niger Tornadoes in Kaduna last week.

“It’s been back-to-back away wins for our darling Rangers. Five games unbeaten and still counting. We couldn’t be more proud of our team,” he stated to the media.

“As a government, we shall continue to support them. To all fans of Rangers, keep believing in the best.”

Rangers currently occupy third position on the NPFL table with 40 points.
