British broadcaster Piers Morgan has declared that Arsenal will win the Premier League this season.

Morgan stated this in a tweet which reeled out the Gunners’ stats for the campaign on Tuesday.

The original tweet was from Sam Dean of the UK Telegraph, who wrote: “Arsenal now have the best attacking record (68 goals scored) and the best defensive record (23 goals conceded) in the Premier League this season.”

In response, Morgan wrote: “We are going to win the league”.

This comes hours after Mikel Arteta’s men hammered Sheffield United 6-0 at Bramall Lane.

Arsenal can go top for at least 24 hours if they beat Brentford on Saturday, before Liverpool host Manchester City.
