OGC striker, Terem Moffi will join the Super Eagles squad in Abidjan next week Sunday, DAILY POST reports.

The 24-year-old will miss the Super Eagles opening 2023 Africa Cup of Nations Group A clash with Equatorial Guinea.

Moffi was a late replacement for Bayer Leverkusen striker, Victor Boniface, who has been ruled out of the competition with injury.

Nice has agreed to release Moffi after their league game against Stade Rennes on Saturday.

The striker will be available for Nigeria’s second Group A game against hosts Cote d’Ivoire.

Leicester City star, Kelechi Iheanacho will also join the Super Eagles squad in Abidjan after completing treatment on a muscular injury.
