Mbaoma scored Enyimba’s first two goals, while Uche Collins and Imo Obot were also on target in the game.

George Finidi’s side moved from fifth to first position on the log.

Enyimba have recorded 39 points from 22 games.

Gombe United remain in 19th position on the table.

Taye Murtala netted the winning goal deep into stoppage time.
