Super Falcons head coach Randy Waldrum is optimistic his side will beat the Indomitable Lionesses of Cameroon on Monday.

The Super Falcons held the Indomitable Lionesses to a 0-0 draw in the first leg of the 2024 Olympic Games qualifying third-round tie on Friday.

The reverse fixture is billed for the Moshood Abiola Stadium, Abuja.

The Super Falcons had a goal ruled offside in the second half.

“We played a good game in Douala, and we are confident of our chances to get the ticket in Abuja,” Waldrum told thenff.com.

“It was never going to be easy having only a few days together with the girls, but we will make the best of the opportunities that we can create on home ground on Monday.”

The overall winners will face either South Africa or Tanzania in the final round.
