Rivers United forward, Nyima Nwagua says the players are focused on the CAF Confederation Cup clash against Academica Petroleos de Lobito.
Nwagua said the players understand what is expected of them in the game.
He added that the team are aware of the quality of their Angolan opponents.
“The mood in camp is good and everybody in the team are focused on the game against Academica Petroleos de Lobito,” he said in a pre-match interview.
“We know and understand what is expected of us in the game against the Angolans.
“Academica Petroleos are a good side they know how to possess the ball and we will respect them for that.
“But right now it’s the game for one side to decide their faith, Rivers United knows what they want and by the special grace of God we pray its turns to our own favour.”
The game is billed for the Estadio 11 de Novembre Stadium on Sunday (today).
