Nigeria forward, Emmanuel Dennis has urged his Watford teammates to keep their feet on the ground after another dismal outing in the Sky Bet Championship.
The Hornets lost 2-1 at home against Huddersfield Town on Saturday to extend their winless streak to nine games
Valerien Ismael’s side however remained in mid-table after the defeat.
Dennis opened the scoring for Watford in the keenly contested encounter but his strike proved worthless at the end of the day.
The 26-year-old took to social media to encourage his teammates.
“Performance wasn’t good but let’s keep working hard till the end,” he wrote on his official X handle.
Dennis rejoined Watford on loan from Nottingham Forest in January.
He has scored twice in six league appearances for the London club.
