Abia Warriors head coach, Erasmus Onuh, has blamed poor treatment meted out on his team by Akwa United for their defeat in Eket on Sunday.

Onuh said his team were held hostage till late night after their practice session on Saturday.
The veteran tactician said the move affected his players performance on matchday.
“We came here to train at the Eket Township Stadium on Saturday, we were held hostage until 8pm at night,” he said in a post-match interview.
“The boys were not allowed to leave the stadium, psychologically all this things affected the player’s performance because most of them started sleeping around before we were allowed to leave.”
Abia Warriors occupy eight position in the table with 23 points from 17 games.
