Wikki Tourists head coach, Mohammed Audu, has expressed gratitude to the club’s supporters after moving top of the group.

The Bauchi Elephants defeated NAF FC 1-0 to move to the summit of Northern Conference Group C.

Mamuda Aliyu’s late-minute strike ensured Wikki Tourists take maximum points at the Area 3 Stadium, Abuja on Saturday.

Audu commended the players for showing determination towards achieving the victory.

“It’s a good game and a very important one too, and I want to commend the boys for showing determination in securing the victory,” he told the club’s media after the game.

“Praises to God and Wikki Tourists supporters and the Commissioner of Sports Bauchi State for his untiring efforts in supporting the team.”

Wikki Tourists will take on ABS in their next league game.
