Nationwide League One side, Ekiti United have parted ways with their head coach, Akin Olowokere, DAILY POST reports.
Olowokere’s resignation was confirmed by the management of the club.
Ekiti United announced that Olowokere’s resignation was due to personal reasons.
The Ado Ekiti- based club have also confirmed former assistant coach Rotimi Salawu will take charge of the team.
The management wished Salawu success in his new position.
His immediate task will be to help the club gain promotion to the Nigeria National League (NNL).
