Ikorodu City head coach, Bright Ozebagbe says the players are in good mood for their matchday 5 fixture against Plateau United.
Ozebagbe said the players will fight for maximum points in the game.
He admitted that it has been challenging preparing the team following their winless run in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL).
Ikorodu City will take on Plateau United at the New Jos Stadium on Sunday (today).
“It’s been challenging after a poor run of form but we have been able to talk ourselves out of it,” Ozebagbe told Ikorodu City media in a pre-match interview.
“It’s football, we take one game at a time. The boys are in good mood, we rested well and we are ready for the game against Plateau United.
“Ikorodu City and Plateau United are in the same boat so who wants it more will take it in the game.”
