Bayelsa Queens head coach, Whyte Ogbonda says the team is working assiduously to be more competitive in the 2024-25 campaign.
Ogbonda said his technical crew will ensure they restore Bayelsa Queens’ glory in the Nigeria Women’s Football League.
DAILY POST recalls that Bayelsa Queens finished in third position last season.
“We know next season will be tougher, that is why we have started preparations early to put a good team in place before the commencement of the new season,” Whyte told Bayelsa Queens media.
“We’re already thinking here about winning the League next season, That’s a big dream now for all of us who are united by this universal allegiance that is Bayelsa Queens.
“We’re working hard to achieve it and accomplish something that to many may appear to be impossible.
“We’re going to bring in more players to make the team more formidable.”
