Peseiro initial contract was $70,000 but he signed a new contract with a reduced salary last year.
The former Saudi Arabia and Venezuela tactician is paid the same amount as his South African counterpart, Hugo Broos.
Desert Foxes of Algeria head coach, Djamel Belmadi top the chart.
The 47-year-old is paid a whopping $208,000 monthly.
Egypt’s Rui Victoria is on a $200,000 monthly pay.
Jean Louis Gasset (108,000), who is in charge of hosts Cote d’Ivoire Morocco’s and Walid Regragui ($60,000) occupy third and fourth position respectively.
Peseiro and Broos jointly occupy the fifth position.
