Tottenham Hotspur coach, Ange Postecoglou has suggested why his team thrashed Manchester United 3-0 in the Premier League on Sunday.
Postecoglou watched as Brennan Johnson gave Spurs an early lead in the first half.
Man United captain Bruno Fernandes was then sent off in the 42nd minute of the encounter.
However, two more goals from Dejan Kulusevski and Dominic Solanke gave the visitors all three points at Old Trafford.
Speaking to BBC after the game, Postecoglou said Tottenham controlled the game well, adding that his players put in an outstanding performance against Erik ten Hag’s side.
“Today it was an outstanding performance,” Postecoglou said.
“We controlled the game well. Just an outstanding effort from all the lads.”
