Croatia captain, Luka Modric, became the second most capped player in European history on Sunday.
The Real Madrid veteran midfielder achieved this feat after leading Croatia to beat Poland 1-0 in the Nations League clash.
The former Tottenham Hotspur star scored a second half free kick during the encounter at Opus Arena.
Following the game, the 39-year-old now has 180 appearances with 27 goals for Croatia.
Modric is only behind Cristiano Ronaldo, who has 213 appearances for Portugal.
Ronaldo, who currently plays for Saudi side Al Nassr, is the most capped player in European history.
