The Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, will hand over a list of 40 players to new Super Eagles head coach, Bruno Labbadia,

The provisional squad is for the upcoming 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against the Republic of Benin and Rwanda.

The NFF had submitted the list to the Confederation of African Football, CAF, weeks ago to meet the deadline.

Also, the players who have been called up, got their invitation letters already.

Labbadia was officially announced as the new handler of the Nigeria national team on Tuesday morning.

The 58-year-old tactician takes over from the NFF’s Technical Director, Austin Eguavoen, who was on standby to lead the team for the two matches.
