Bendel Insurance goalkeeper, Amas Obasogie has joined Ethiopian club, Fasil Ketema FC, DAILY POST reports.

Obasogie signed a two-year contract with Fasil Ketema.

The shot stopper won the Golden Glove award in the Nigeria Premier Football League last season, with 18 clean sheets.

Enyimba and Rivers United were desperate to sign the goalkeeper but he opted for a move abroad.

Obasogie was once invited to the Super Eagles.

Former Sunshine Stars forward, Okiki Afolabi was the first Nigerian to play for Fasil Ketema FC.
