Mounir Nasraoui, the father of Barcelona winger Lamine Yamal, is now out of danger after he was rushed to hospital.
Nasraoui was stabbed in a car park on Wednesday evening, according to La Vanguardia.
The sad incident happened in the Spanish town of Mataro.
Fracas broke out in the car park and Nasraoui was stabbed “multiple times”.
Nasraoui was left in a serious condition and was taken to Can Ruti Hospital in Badalona in an ambulance.
Providing an update on Nasraoui’s condition, football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano wrote on Thursday
“Lamine Yamal’s father Mounir is out of danger. Situation under control after being stabbed in a parking lot on Wednesday,” Romano tweeted.
