Bruno Fernandes, Marcus Rashford and Jadon Sancho have paid tributes to Aaron Wan-Bissaka after the defender’s departure from the club was confirmed.
Man United had earlier on Tuesday confirmed that Wan-Bissaka has ended his stay at Old Trafford by signing for Premier League rivals West Ham United.
Wan-Bissaka also took to his Instagram account to announced his departure from the Premier League club.
In a lengthy post, the right-back said:
“To everyone associated with Manchester United, thank you. You’ve helped me fulfil so many dreams of mine and I leave the club with memories to last me a lifetime.
“I’m so grateful for the love, help and support I have had from players and staff during the last 5 years and wish you all nothing but the best.”
His post attracted thousands of replies, with his former team-mates at United wishing him the best.
Sancho wrote: “My family! All the best brother!”
Rashford added: “Good luck my bro”.
On his part, Fernandes wrote: “Will miss you spider.”
Wan-Bissaka joined Man United from Crystal Palace in the summer of 2019.
