Manchester United legend, Paul Scholes, has urged Arsenal to sign striker, Ivan Toney from Brentford before the summer transfer window closes.
Scholes believes the England international will score at least 25 goals for the Gunners should he join Mikel Arteta’s side.
Toney has been linked with a move away from Brentford this summer.
“It’s hard to say they [Arsenal] have not got enough up there because of the amount of goals they scored [last season],” Scholes said on The Overlap.
“It was ridiculous, but I do think signing a centre forward would help [Arsenal]. Signing an out and out number nine who will guarantee you 25 goals, obviously that would help.
“Are those players out there? Ivan Toney has been mentioned a lot, I think he scores 25 goals in that Arsenal team. I think he scores 25 goals in a lot of teams.”
