The hosts came from behind to defeat Egypt 3-1 in the second semi-final of the competition.
Mahmoud Saber opened the scoring in the second half, before Jean-Phillipe Mateta equalized late in the game.
Mateta put France ahead in extra time, before Michael Olise capped off the win with a smart finish.
In the first semi-final, Juanlu Sanchez grabbed an 85th minute winner, to seal a 2-1 win over Morocco.
Morocco led 1-0 at half-time, after Soufiane Rahimi converted a penalty in the 37th minute.
Spain levelled in the 65th after Fermin Lopez fired a left-footed shot low into the bottom corner.
