Falconets head coach, Chris Danjuma, is upbeat his side will put up an impressive performance at the 2024 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup.
The Falconets are currently preparing for the competition in Abuja.
The two-time silver medalists will contend with Germany, Venezuela and Korea Republic in Group D of the tournament.
Danjuma declared that his players are working ahead of the tournament.
“The girls have been working very hard, and I am delighted at the level of improvement I have seen in the squad,” he was quoted by thenff.com.
”There is greater understanding and ambition to accomplish. At an individual level, they continue to grow and show their determination to excel with focus on the larger picture.”
Colombia will host the competition from August 31st to September 22.
