Former Real Madrid midfielder Toni Kroos has hailed the club’s Turkey international Arda Guler.
He said the player’s goal at Euro 2024 against Georgia should not be attributed to luck but to his talent.
Kroos, who recently resigned from playing football, spoke at the launch of The Icon League, hailing his former teammate Guler.
“When Arda played more at the end of the season, he scored every time. His finishing is unreal. His goal at the Euros was not luck.”
The former Germany International had previously spoken about the Turkish star’s talent.
Kroos had said, via Managing Madrid: “He has a great talent for his age. He has a very, very fine left foot. And he will show it many times.
“I think he is a pretty good and smart signing, especially for the future.”
