Kwara United have revealed that the team will continue their preparation for the new season in Ikenne.

The Chairman of the club, Kumbi Titiloye made the announcement after the team’s elimination at the ongoing pre-season tournament in Ikenne.

Titiloye said the facilities and peaceful ambience at the Remo Stars Stadium will help the players gel ahead of the commencement of the new season.

“We’re continuing our training in Ikenne, we want to maximize the facilities to achieve our rebuilding process with absolute concentration,” he stated to the media.

“NPFL is a marathon game and it is different from pre-season, our training is based on marathon games.”

DAILY POST reports that Kwara United head coach, Kabiru Dogo has continued to bolster his squad with new players following the massive clearout at the end of last season.
