The Nasarawa State government has dissolved the management of Nasarawa United, DAILY POST reports.

The Deputy Governor, Dr Emmanuel Akabe, announced the dissolution after a meeting with the club’s stakeholders at his temporary office in Lafia on Tuesday.

The dissolved Nasarawa United management team was led by Dr Othman Ahmed Ibrahim.

The team secured the promotion ticket for the Solid Miners last season.

A new management is expected to be constituted before the start of the 2024-25 Nigeria Premier Football League season.

Nasarawa United will face Shooting Stars in their matchday one fixture.
