Zambia captain, Barbara Banda has named Asisat Oshoala in her ideal 5-a-side team, DAILY POST reports.
Banda is regarded as one of the best female footballers to have come out of Africa.
The 24-year-old will lead the Copper Queens at the 2024 Olympics in Paris.
It will be Zambia’s second consecutive appearance at the Olympics after their debut in Tokyo four years ago.
Banda, in an exclusive interview with FIFA.com named Oshoala among the best players in the world.
“Wow, that’s so difficult! (She thinks for a while) I would start with Marta. Then I’ll go with [Nigeria’s Asisat] Oshoala. With me, that’s three.
“Honestly, I love playing with Rafa [Rafaelle] from Brazil. I know Marta can play in midfield, so I would put Rafa at the back, then Marta in midfield, me up front, also Oshoala and… [Sophia] Smith. That’s it!
