Kano Pillars have named Paul Offor as their new head coach, DAILY POST reports.

Offor was unveiled at the club’s secretariat on Friday.

The young tactician signed a two-year contract with four-time Nigeria Premier Football League champions.

Former Enyimba tactician, Usman Abdallah was reportedly the leading candidate for the job but the Sai Masu Gida have now opted for a young coach.

Offor masterminded Sporting Lagos promotion to the NPFL two seasons ago.

He was, however, sacked mid-way through last season due to poor results.

Veteran gaffer, Abdul Maikaba was in charge of Kano Pillars last season but resigned towards the end of the campaign.
